Representative Transactions

Kortschak Investments, L.P. (KILP) invests in multi-stage and multi-sector companies with transformational technologies and is the principal investment vehicle for WMAS Management.

KILP will make small investments (rarely more than $500,000) in return for an equity stake in the companies we fund. More important than the money, we invest our time in helping our companies get to the point where they've built something impressive enough to raise money on a larger scale with later stage investors, or occasionally even acquirers.

KILP looks for promising start-up and growth stage companies with disruptive technologies and focused entrepreneurs in sectors such as consumer internet, mobile applications and e-commerce platforms.
